The Peaceful Pelvis Guide

About the Event

While we hope your season is filled with joy, movement, connection and memories, we know that it may also be filled with a long list of to-do's, some extra family dynamics and potentially some added stress along the way.

Our Peaceful Pelvis Holiday Guide gives you 25 tools that point you to whole health. A collaboration by our entire pelvic health team, this guide is designed to support physical health as well as mental and emotional health. We invite you to engage with curiosity, intention, & hope.  Practices could involve movement, connecting with others & with yourself.

Your donated gift (suggested minimum donation of $10) allows us to give back to our community by supporting  Dress for Success Red Deer. We will email this guide for you to use to your heart's content. Feel free to follow it day by day or skip around and choose whatever would feel best…
