About the Event
Join us for an info seminar on your pelvic health, mental health and all things postpartum. With special guests Cara McGinnis, Counsellor and Karrie Page, SLP and Lactation Consultant. This will be a great time to meet other moms, and learn about caring for your body and soul in those first few months postpartum. Cost for the seminar is $10. We're hoping to make this an accessible, affordable, and fun ongoing series for all!
This seminar will be hosted at Little Red Barn Cafe! They will have wine, warm beverages and snacks available for purchase. Please share with a friend!
