About the Event
Small group education class for those seeking help with stress or urge incontinence. 4 progressive sessions which include education, exercise practice and community for women of any age. This class is a great option for those who find cost to be a barrier. Tuesday's at 2pm, each class is $50 and will build on information and exercises learned the previouse week. Receipts can be submitted for reimbursement if you have physiotherapy coverage through an insurance provider.
