We are so excited to work as a part of a mult-disciplinary team and to present with Dr. Jen Pilon on all things postpartum pelvic health. We'll talk what's normal what's not, return to exericse, touch on DRA, incontinence, and prolapse AND postpartum sex! Join us for some education and lots of Q&A. Admission is a food bank donation.
