About the Event

Join Kayla for an introduction to Pelvic floor.  What is the pelvic floor and what is its role? What are common conditions of the pelvic floor and how they relate to exercise.  We will cover exercise during pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. Exercise to rehabilitate diastasis recti, incontinence, and persistant pain conditions. Living pain free at any age or any stage.  Join us in person or online. Please bring a pillow and a yoga mat.
